For prepaid orders:
All orders booked prior to 12pm, Monday to Saturday your order will get processed and dispatched the next day!
Orders booked over the weekend will get process on the following Monday.
For cash on delivery orders:
All COD orders are verified before dispatch. This involves a TAT of 2 business days. Once the order is confirmed by the customer the order will be dispatched.
Shipping time for all orders after dispatch is 3-5 working days.

We strive to process all orders promptly to ensure you receive your Step Skin products as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 12:00 PM (local time) may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping option delivers your order within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to claim the package from the carrier, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
